Dog Food Calculator

Situation

As a dog dad of two, I've come to understand that a dog's diet has a tremendous impact on their health. It's not just what they eat, but also how much. The problem is, there aren't great tools to figure out how much your dog should eat, and the nutrition label on the back of a kibble bag isn't great either (it actually often leads to weight gain due to owners blindly following generic feeding instructions when in reality each dog has specific requirements and nutrition needs). And when you throw in different types of food or supplements, it makes it even more complex with the different nutritional values.

Product

Using best practices from leading dog researchers, I created a dog food calculator that allows me to factor in different foods and their caloric contents to help me better understand how much I should feed my dogs.

Budgeting App

Context

As someone that is incredibly vested and interested in personal finance, I found that modern day budgeting apps and spreadsheets just didn't make the cut... so I made my own app on the Salesforce platform. The Book Barterer

Context

Ever since I was a kid, I've loved to read. I read books to educate myself on the world around me, teach me the different concepts I needed to know around technical subjects, and expand my imagination. I think it's so important for everyone to read and I want to be able to spread the knowledge and those stories with everyone!

Job Application Tracker

Situation

One of the big pain points when it comes to job hunting is that I can't seem to keep track of the roles that I applied to or the information relevant to those roles. What’s worse is when a job never gets back to me. After thirty days, it seems as though I should go back and mark the application’s status as “declined”, but to do that for every role would be impossible.

Product

That's why I built this spreadsheet that allows a user to make easy updates with drop downs, automation via formulas, and a dashboard that allows the user to get a high-level overview into the jobs their applying. Take a look!
